Showing of Gems, Sculptures and Prints
"The Gallery
of American Lapidary Artists" a special showing featuring
the largest display of carved gems, jewelry, semi-precious stone sculptures,
fossil sculptures, and fine art prints in the U.S., will be held in the
main lobby of the InnSuites Hotel in Downtown Tucson, Arizona on Saturday,
Jan 31st - Saturday, Feb 14th, 2009.
Always
one of the highlights of the Tucson Gem Show, which is the largest
show of its kind in the world,
the Gallery of Artists in past years has featured some of the finest "Cutting
Edge" and "Spectrum" national
award winners, showcasing the newest techniques and rarest specimens available
for both retail and
wholesale buyers of fine art.
This
unique art showing has grown in stature over the past several years
as part of the Arizona Mineral
and Fossil Show, and has expanded from two showrooms to four showrooms with
an added venue in the
outdoor courtyard.
